PURPOSE:To provide the mounting structure of a weather strip for an automobile having excellent assembly workability by ensuring the strength of a door weather strip through reduction of weight and without generating rust and facilitating management of a pitch between the mounting parts of the door weather strip and an door outer panel. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of mounting holes 3 are formed in a flange 2 suspended from a door outer panel 1. A rail member 10 made of rigid resin and an door weather strip 20 formed of a composite substance of soft resin are arranged in a superposed state to the side on the door glass side of the flange 2. A first claw part 13 of the rail member 10 is locked to the lower edge of the flange 2 and a second claw part 22 of the weather strip 20 is inserted through an insertion hole 11 of the rail member 10 and locked to the lower edge of the flange 2 through the moulding hole 3. |
