PURPOSE:To continuously produce a thermosetting resin decorative panel having a fine embossed pattern formed to the surface thereof using a shaping sheet having a characteristic withstanding hot pressing and easy to release at the time of the production of the decorative panel. CONSTITUTION:In a roll-shaped shaping sheet 3 wherein a heat-resistant resin layer 2b is provided on a base material 2a and a fine embossed pattern 1b with a depth of 1-60mum is provided to the surface of the heat-resistant layer, 0.5-5% of a release agent 2c is added to the heat-resistant layer. The shaping sheet is superposed on resin impregnated paper so that the embossed pattern surface thereof comes into contact with said paper and the whole is molded and cured under heating and pressure and, thereafter, the shaping sheet is released to produce a decorative panel. In this constitution, at least 0.5-5% of the release agent 2c is added to the resin of the resin impregnated paper. |
