PURPOSE:To facilitate sealing of liquid and to prevent rapid increase of a spring constant in the axial direction caused by influence of liquid pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical 'A' fitting 11 with a bottom is provided at an inner cylinder 10, and an elastic member 12 having a 'B' fitting 13 on its outer side is provided at the upper outer circumference of the 'A' fitting 11. In an outer cylinder 8, a cap state 'D' fitting 19 with a bottom is supported at a lower part of a cylindrical 'C' fitting 16 through a rubber part 18, and a bottom wall 17 for elastically supporting the inner cylinder 10 is formed. A silicone oil 'S' is stored in the outer cylinder 8 in advance, and a lower part of the 'A' fitting 11 of the inner cylinder 10 is fitted in the 'D' fitting 19 of the outer cylinder 8. And the 'C' fitting 16 of the outer cylinder 8 is caulked onto a seal rubber 14 on the outer circumference of the 'B' fitting 13 of the inner cylinder 10 and the both are assembled.
