摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a carbon fiber/carbon composite material having improved oxidation resistance at high temp. CONSTITUTION:When an SiC coating film 2 as an oxidation resistant coating film is formed on the surface of a carbon fiber/carbon composite material 1 to improve the oxidation resistance of the material 1 at high temp., fine cracks 2a in the SiC coating film 2 are sealed by spreading a multiple oxide 3 which becomes a half-melted state at a high temp. as a sealing material for the film 2.
