PURPOSE:To obtain a wide range type oxygen concentration detector that can get sufficient thermal conductivity without lowering supplying capacity of air as standard gas, can give high heating efficiency very easily and can be easily assembled in an occasion of making a heater thereof to be of ceramic type. CONSTITUTION:At a cylindrical ceramic heater 2, a protrusion part 2b which contacts directly to an inner electrode 14 of a solid electrolyte element 1, and an intrusion part 2a which is a leading pass of air, both are formed. In this way, sufficient exchange of air can be well done as well as heating efficiency can be substantially improved and therewith highly sensitive and wide range oxygen concentration detection can be successfully conducted. |
