<p>PURPOSE:To make a produced quantity of a slag and the slag foaming level proper and to enable the stable operation by blending auxiliary material to the mixed material of ore having high pre-reducing ratio and raw ore, making the slag the specific basicity, blowing oxygen together with carbon material and executing smelting reduction. CONSTITUTION:At the time of executing the pre-reduction to the ore having much gangue and further, executing the smelting reduction, the pre-reduction is executed to the ore raw material at 60-80% and the same ore raw material is blended at 60-220wt.% to this pre-reduced ore. Further, the auxiliary material (lime stone, etc.) is blended to this blended ore and after the basicity of the slag is made to 1.0-1.5, the oxygen is blown together with the carbon material to execute the smelting reduction in a molten iron furnace 1. By this method, the slag foaming is held in the stable condition and the ore having much gangue can effectively be realized.</p> |
