PURPOSE:To produce a porous film by using, as an extractant for plasticizer, a substance which can cope with future environmental regulations. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin as the main raw material for film production is mixed with a heat-resistant organic plasticizer as a pore-forming agent. This mixture is melt-molded into a film, and the plasticizer is then extracted with an extractant to thereby produce a porous fluororesin film. The extractant is 2,2-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane, CHCl2CF3, or dichloropentafluoropropane, C3HCl2F5, both of which are a chlorofluorocarbon substitute and can cope with the regulations provided for in the Montreal protocol. |
