PURPOSE:To provide a method, in which a synthetic marble molded form abounding in high-class feeling and having excellent transparent feeling and depth feeling by using a press molding method having the short molding time and superior productivity. CONSTITUTION:The manufacture of a synthetic marble molded form uses an in-mold coating molding method, and the manufacture of the synthetic marble molded form has each process, in which a molding material mainly comprising an unsaturated polyester resin is heated and press-molded, a colored gel coating resin is heated and press-molded to the surface of the molding material under the state in which the molding material is cured or semi-cured, and the upper section of a colored gel coating layer is supplied with a transparent gel coating resin at a stage when the colored gel coating resin is cured and the whole is heated and press-molded. |
