PURPOSE:To provide a sheet for vacuum forming characterized by light weight and cushioning due to high expansion of the sheet in a mould and isotropy due to melt-destruction of its surface cell structure. CONSTITUTION:A sheet for vacuum forming is mainly composed of a foamed body which is molded by foaming 1 of beads in a mould and has a uniform cell structure or a destructed cell structure with desired thickness. A skin layer 2 of a uniform film, which is in the form of a melt-destructed surface cell structure, is formed at least on one side of the body. A pattern of leather, crimps, etc., is printed on the skin layer 2 as required. |
