发明名称 THERMALLY REVERSIBLE RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of a sticking phenomenon by applying a thermally reversible recording layer which microcapsulates a thermal plastic elastomer and an organic low molecular substance using a thermally curable resin coat on a base. CONSTITUTION:Capsulated dispersed particles are adjusted by blending specified dosages of thermally plastic elastomer and organic low molecular product uniformly and dispersing in water the blend with a dispersant after thermally fusing the blend uniformly. A microcapsule is prepared using various microcapsulation techniques with a capsulated product. Said microcapsule is coated using water coating agent or paint with a binder on a base such as paper, synthetic sheet or plastic film, or on a tinted base. After this process, the coat is dried to form a thermally reversible recording layer to obtain a thermally reversible recording material. The thermal plastic elastomer is, for example, polyvinyl chloride, or a vinylchloride/vinylacetate copolymer. The organic low molecular substance is, for example, alkanol or alkandiol.
