PURPOSE:To make soldering disused, to decrease the number of operation processes and to improve reliability by connecting an inside electrode made of gold or silver and a tinned outside lead wire through an eutectic alloy of gold or silver and tin. CONSTITUTION:An inside electrode 10 made of gold or silver and a tinned outside lead wire 12 are connected through an eutectic alloy 11 of gold or silver and tin. For example, after screen-printing gold paste and firing about at 600 deg.C, an insulating plate 2 to form a gold electrode 10 including terminals is opposite to an insulating one 1 formed in the same way. Gas being sealed between the plates, a plasma display pannel is made. Contacting the gold electrode terminal 10 outside of sealed part and a flat cable 12 tinned on the surface of copper film and fixing temporally, the contacting part is sprayed with nitrogen-gas heated up to 210-250 deg.C and the connection part 11 is formed in an eutectic alloy of gold and tin. |
