PURPOSE:To obtain a flavoring material excellent in taste, mellowness and luster, capable of flavoring or seasoning boiled rice by simply throwing it in a vessel for boiling rice, by packaging powdered agar-agar into a tea bag form. CONSTITUTION:The objective flavoring material 10 can be obtained by packaging powdered agar-agar 12 into a tea bag form 15. It is preferable that this flavoring material 10 be incorporated with a natural seasoning material such as chopped tangle, shavings of dried bonito or dried 'shiitake'. |
