PURPOSE:To simplify a piping arrangement, improve temperature control performance, and recover and utilize waste heat in a room. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a fan coil unit composed of a cooling coil 2 and a fan 3, and a heat pump heater composed of a compressor 4, a condenser 5, an expansion valve 7, and an evaporator 8. A heating medium is supplied to the cooling coil 2 upon cooling with the aid of switching control of an automatic switching control valve V1 while a heating medium is supplied to the evaporator 8 upon heating. The hot pump heater-equipped fan coil unit is used as a perimeter side air conditioner for chiefly processing an external wall load. Waste heat in a room is recovered through a cooling water coil of an interior side air conditioner for chiefly processing an internal load of a building and a fresh air intake load. Hereby, the heating medium supplied to the evaporator 8 of the heat pump heater is heated. Cooling water or from is available as the heating medium. |
