PURPOSE:To provide a control device for opening and closing doors of a vehicle safely automatically. CONSTITUTION:In a normal period wherein a door is not in an opening closing operation state, a door control unit 45 is operated to detect disconnection by a current value at a current time in a way that operation takes place in a state that brakes 13 and 23 of servo motors 12 and 22 are left engaged. When a command for opening and closing of the door is issued, the door control unit 45 is operated to start opening of the door at a given speed. When a door is being opened and closed, opening and closing are effected as the presence of an obstacle is confirmed by means of an ultrasonic sensor 4 and an over load is detected in consideration of a vehicle posture detected by an inclination sensor 3. Right before closing, a reference value forming decision of detection of an overload is increased for a purpose to prevent the occurrence of erroneous detection of an overload owing to a weather strip reaction force. |
