PURPOSE:To improve a drainage function, and to reduce cost by connecting the drain pipes of house facilities except a bathroom to a bathroom unit and discharging the drain of an air-conditioning equipment to the draining section of the house facilities. CONSTITUTION:A drain pipe 15 with a trap 14 is installed to a bathroom unit 7. A drain-pipe connecting section 29 is mounted to the wall surface of the unit 7, the drain pipe 28 of condensed water from an air-conditioning equipment is connected, and condensed water is discharged through the pipe 15. The drain pipe of a laundry, a wash bowl, etc., may be bonded with the connecting section 29 as required. The drain pipe 28 is connected to the draining section of the laundry, the wash bowl, etc., and condensed water may be discharged by utilizing the drain pipes with the traps of these facilities. Accordingly, the water-seal breaking of the trap can be prevented when condensed water is discharged while the fouling of a balcony, etc., by condensed water can be obviated, and the cost of drainage system facilities can be reduced. |
