<p>PURPOSE: To provide a barrier label to check permeation of gas and steam by providing a first layer selected from a group composed of polyamide or the like and a second layer selected from a group composed of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer or the like. CONSTITUTION: A barrier lable 25 has a first layer selected from a group composed of polyamide, polyolefine and polyester and a second layer selected from a group composed of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinylidene dichloride and polyacrylonitrile. For example, a plastic or glass tube 21 having an opening end part 22 and a closing end part 24 is wholly covered with the barrier label 25 except for the closing end part 24. Therefore, the barrier label 25 imparts a barrier effective in permeation of gas and steam to the tube 21.</p> |
