PURPOSE:To eliminate errors caused by the input mistake of result data, machining mistakes, and the like so as to enable the correct grasp of by-process operating status, production capacity and equipment capacity. CONSTITUTION:An identified information input device 3 identifies the types of products flowing on a production line 10, and a detection signal output device 4 detects the arrival of the products at each process and outputs a detection signal. A detection signal input device 2 inputs the detection signal and adds the input time (detected information acquired time). A processor 1 computes workhours on the basis of the identified information and detected information acquired time, and compares the computed workhours with standard workhours by processes and product types. A storage device 6 accumulates the computed working time. An alarm device 5 gives warning on the basis of the judged information. A product identifying part 8 identifies the products flowing on the production line, and a workhour sensor 9 detects the work start time and terminating time in each process of the production line. |
