摘要

PURPOSE: To improve flexibility of a press blanket by specifying the diameter of wrapped circumferential threads and a tensile strength of all circumferential threads per unit area of the press blanket. CONSTITUTION: An inside layer 23 and an out side layer 24 are disposed within an elastomeric cover material 22 and a diameter f of the circumferential threads which constitute the outside layer is at most 1/500 of an outside diameter D of an press blanket 10. In a unit area of the press blanket the tensile strength of all circumferential threads is greater than one of all threads which constitute the inside layer.
