The subject of the present invention is a portable analysis device for monitoring agri-foodstuffs and biotechnology methods of a medium by biochemiluminescence, comprising an optoelectronic part (1) for analysis and processing of signals collected by a photosensitive sensor (3), receiving light emitted by a biochemiluminescence reaction occurring in a reaction chamber containing a sample of the said medium and characteristic of the desired analysis. The said reaction chamber is included in a measurement chamber which can be separated from the optoelectronic part (1) and interchanged depending on the analysis to be carried out, the said optoelectronic part (1) comprises a photomultiplier element, including the said sensor (3) and remaining integral with this optoelectronic part, and can be successfully combined with other measurement chambers. <IMAGE>
