PURPOSE:To obtain a nonreducible dielectric porcelain compsn. in which sinters at a low temp. of <=1,080 deg.C and does not cause the deterioration of the electrical characteristics even by firing in a reducing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:This nonreducible dielectric porcelain compsn. contains principal components represented by a general formula A(Bi2O3.BTiO3)+ (100- A)[(Sr100-X-YPbXCaY)TiO3] (where 0<=A<=10mol%, 0.8<=B<=8mol%, 0<=X<=100mol% and 0<=Y<=70mol%) and 0.1-30wt.% secondary components represented by a general formula aLi2O+bRO+cB2O3+(100-a-b-c)SiO2 (where R is at least one among Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, 0<=a<20mol%, 10<=b<55mol% and 0<=c<40mol%) and further contains 0.01-0.5wt.% MnO2. |
