PURPOSE:To obtain the subject beverage and food which contain the components of Reishi fungus (Ganoderma lucidum), and increase the cellular glycogen concentration in aerobic exercise while lower lactic acid in blood whereby the metabolism of saccharides is improved. CONSTITUTION:The objective beverage and food products are obtained by adding, for example, 75 to 90ml of Reishi essence (10% heat-extract), furthermore, a reduced maltose, oligo saccharides, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B12, iron, etc., in the 100ml drink. |
