The apparatus collects the alarm signals of an optical transmission apparatus and a multiplexing apparatus and transmits the signals to a concentrating apparatus to change over the current line to another line, to improve servicing ability and reduce economical loss. It includes a dual-port RAM connecting section (3), an information analyzing section (5) for analyzing the information from a receiving section (4), the 1st parallel inputting/outputting section (26) for communicating data in parallel, and a modem interfacing/retransmitting section (6).
