The electrical and the electromechanical parts (5-12) are supported on the frame (4) of the housing. This frame and the shells (2,3) mounted on it form the housing (1) for the equipment. Holding the housing to the ear, a shackle or strap (14) contains the sound channel (17). One of the ends of the shackle is connected to the hearing aid by an extension of the sound channel and its other end is for the sound tube (27) which is inserted into the ear. ADVANTAGE - Reduction in need for suppressing interference arising between hearing aid and carrying shackle.
