The small dia. wheel (12) is changed for use over rough country by fitting an outer ring (18) secured by an angled grip ring (32) pulled axially into the recess in the outer ring. Axial grip fasteners (30) secure the fitting. The conversion is rapid and simple, the large ring is placed over the wheel, the angled grip ring slid into place and secured by three evenly spaced threaded fasteners. The converted wheel is easily dragged over the rough ground. USE/ADVANTAGE - Small dia. buggy wheels for child's pushchair may be rapidly converted to large dia. wheels, easy to move over rough ground.
