PURPOSE:To reduce the transportation weight and the dimensions of the single- phase transformer in an installation area and to improve the reliability thereof by interposing a stamped iron plate at the branched portion of an iron core yoke to integrally couple therebetween and enabling disassembly of a tank for containing the iron core in response to the disassembly. CONSTITUTION:The iron core 1 is divided with a gap of an interval (a) at the branched portion 1A between upper and lower yokes between main legs thereof, and is lap coupled by stamped iron core plates 1P laminated in length (a) therebetween. The core 1 and the plates 1P are coupled in lap dimension (b) at the lap coupled portion to prevent deterioration of iron core properties. The tank 8 is divided into left and right tanks 8A, 8B correspondingly to the divided iron cores 1 with flanges formed longitudinally. A connecting tank 12 integrally coupled by the flanges is provided with the flanges interposed between the tanks. In this manner, it can reduce the transportation weight and the dimension of the transformer and the installation area thereof so as to improve the reliability thereof. |
