A flexible saftey pipe for liq. and/or gaseous media, includes a plastic core with a surrounding mantle made of plastic, between which a spiral intermediate chamber is located. A spiral corrugated inner plastic tube has its corrugation peales located in peales of the surrounding tube. The troughs are located so that they are spaced from the inner tube troughs. The plastic tube pref. consists of PTFE. ADVANTAGE - The pipe has a long life, is flexible and is simple to produce.
