The light waveguide (112) is located to be crossed with the signal wires (113) and is provided for each of the pixel electrodes (114). The luminous element (122) applies a ray of light to the light waveguide (112), the ray of light having a different wavelength from the ambient light for preventing erroneous operation due to the unnecessary ambient light.
