The rotary tiller has a frame (2) with an arm (3) which supports a bracket (17). The bracket has a socket for a shaft (4) which forms a pivot for the fixed arm (7) which carries the support wheel (6). The frame (2) can, when required, be rotated through 180 deg. and when it is rotated in this way the wheel (6) is automatically swung to the correspondingly correct position. The arm (7) is fastened to a bracket (9) which pivots on the shaft (4). When the rotary tiller is to be transported over roads a locking pin (14) is removed to enable the arm (7) to be swung through 90 deg. about the bolt (13). USE/ADVANTAGE - Support wheel for rotary tiller can be swung through 90 deg. so that machine is more easily transported.
