A set of containers for houshold cleaning substances each contain one substance only, as a tablet or tablets granulate or concentrate of specific quantity. The containers carry individual identification, e.g. are white, green and blue, and each has a metering device permitting at least two different discharge rates. The containers may be distinguished by different shapes and esp. are cylindrical, with open tops and lids. Containers may be markedwith a volumetric scale and have dispensing openings of different diameters for different discharge rates, esp. 2 or more openings, each with a spout, in the lid. Containers and lids may be of plastics.
