A decorative edging to be fitted to an existing skirting board 14 secured to a wall comprises a two piece fitment having an upstand component 10 and a capping component 12 both provided in lengths. The upstand component 10 is secured to and extends above the top of the skirting board 14. The capping component 12 has a downwardly extending limb 16 to one side of which a first rebated portion 18 is provided to sit on the top of the upstand component 10 and to the opposite side of which a second rebated portion 20 is provided. The second portion 20 forms, with the top of the skirting board 14, a void to accommodate cables, wires or the like. The capping component 12 is press-fitted between the secured upstand component 10 and the wall above the skirting board 14. <IMAGE> |
