摘要 |
PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic thin-film structure which consists of a first magnetic material layer having low anisotropy and second magnetic material layer having high anisotropy and low saturation coercive force by magnetic coupling these magnetic material layers to each other so as to make the structure suitable for a reading-out/writing head and exhibits the behavior of the two-dimensional anisotropy. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic material having the anisotropic magnetic field of <=50 Oe is selected as the first layer and a magnetic material having the anisotropic magnetic field of >=10 Oe and the saturation coercive force of <=2 Oe, more preferably Cox Fey Cuz (x=66-92wt.%, y=6-14wt.%, z=2-20wt.%) is selected as the second layer. A laminated plate is manufactured by laminating the two layers so as to magnetically couple these layers to each other. The laminated plate exhibits the behavior of such two-dimensional anisotropy as to exhibit high initial magnetic permeability with the magnetic field impressed relatively small during the reading work and to exhibit the high anisotropy with the magnetic field impressed relatively high during the writing work.
