PURPOSE:To keep the change of the paste amount in a paste filling hopper within a certain range automatically. CONSTITUTION:The load current of a motor 8 is sensed by a load current sensor 12, and a sensing signal proportional to the load current is emitted. A first comparator 13 gives a paste supply command signal to a driver circuit 11 of a paste refill device when the load of a knife-equipped roll lessens to cause attainment of the 1st reference value by the sensing signal. A second comparator 14 gives a paste supply stop command signal to the driver circuit 11 of the paste refill device when the load of the knife-equipped roll enlarges to cause attainment of the second reference value greater than first by the sensing signal. This cycle of motions is repeated after this.
