PURPOSE:To conduct the optimum waveform generation control by formulating an ambiguous relation between parameter and controlled variable through a fuzzy inference in a high-voltage AC power supply for controlling high-tension DC voltage to generate a high-tension AC voltage waveform to be applied to a load. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 100 has a counter 100(a) and a time 100(b) built-in to calculate the rate of change of a detected quantity of state. A ROM101 has a reference waveform storage part 101(a), membership function storage part 101(b), fuzzy rule storage part 101(c) and storage part for storing a control program, etc., and a RAM102 is used as the working space of the CPU100. A D/A converter 103 receives a manipulated variable calculated by a fuzzy inference from the CPU100 and outputs the variable as a PWM ON-time control signal to a PWM driver 104. A DC generation circuit 105 is controlled by the fuzzy inference to output an AC waveform based on a reference waveform in the ROM101 by the PWM driver 104. |
