PURPOSE:To surely ground a drum without being affected by the electrical conductivity in the bearing part of a drum shaft by directly electrically conducting the drum and the drum shaft by a grounding plate. CONSTITUTION:The grounding plate 25 which grounds the drum 16 by electrically conducting the drum 16 and the drum shaft 22 is provided. A contact piece 25F which comes into elastic contact with the drum shaft 22 is formed on this grounding plate 25. The contact piece 25F which comes into elastic contact with the drum shaft 22 is formed on the grounding plate 25 in such a manner, by which the drum 16 and the drum shaft 22 are eventually directly electrically conducted to the grounding plate 25 without the aid of the bearing 20. The contact piece 25F provided with the elasticity in such a manner elastically absorbs an undue stress and eventually comes into sure contact with the drum shaft 22 even if such undue stress is applied thereon by the drum shaft 22 at the time of inserting the drum shaft 22 into the bearing 20 of a flange 18. As a result, the drum 16 is surely grounded regardless of the conduction defect between the bearing 20 and the drum shaft 22. |
