<p>PURPOSE:To allow the system to cope with huge number of participants and to avoid incoming call congestion in a called telephone station with respect to a program questionnaire collection device implementing program questionnaire collection of a viewer participant program. CONSTITUTION:In the information collection service system in which a broadcast station 2 collects and sums questionnaires from viewer terminal equipments 1, the terminal equipments 1 and a called telephone station 3 are interconnected by an ATM network 4 and a collection device 6 is provided in a subscriber's termination deice 5 of the broadcast station 2 connecting to the called telephone station 3 to analyze and totalize replies from the terminal equipments 1.</p> |
