CONSTITUTION:In the developing sleeve rotary type magnetic brush developing device having an inner magnet, an insulation layer 5 is provided on the surface of a developing sleeve 3, simultaneously, a toner supplying roll 9 is arranged nearby the developing sleeve 3, constituted so as to form the thin-layer of electrifying toner 2 on the surface of the toner supplying roll, and simultaneously, rotated at a constant peripheral speed ratio to the developing sleeve 3, and the alternating voltage of 0.5-3KV and 50Hz-3kHz is applied between the toner supplying roll 9 and the developing sleeve 3. |
