<p>PURPOSE:To exactly and speedily input coordinate information by inputting the coordinate information obtained by a coordinate calculating means to a computer as a coordinate input object. CONSTITUTION:A glance type coordinate input device 1 is equipped with a glance position detection part 2 to detect the glance position of the operator of the glance type coordinate input device 1 on a display screen part 52 of a display device 5 at a real time while being connected to the display device 5 to execute coordinate display, coordinate calculation part 3 to calculate absolute coordinates on the display screen part 52 from signals obtained as the output, and interface part 4 to input the calculated and obtained coordinate information to a computer 6 as the coordinate input object. The glance position detection part 2 detects the glance position of the operator on the display screen part 52 at a real time and based on the glance position information, the coordinate calculation part 3 calculate the coordinates observed by the operator at present on the display screen 52. Then, the interface part 4 inputs the calculated coordinate information to the computer 6 as the coordinate input object.</p> |
