<p>PURPOSE:To prevent interruption from occurring in an area corresponding to an intersecting part with the address line of a lower layer by separating the address line or a data line into plural parts and electrically connecting the separated parts by means of a connection body consisting of conductive material. CONSTITUTION:The area intersecting with a gate line 50 in the drain line 52 is removed so as to separate the drain line 52 into plural parts, the connection body 53 of another conductive material is provided in the removed area and the plurally separated drain lines 52 are electrically connected. In this case, the line formed in the lower layer is the gate line 50, an insulated film 51 is laminated on the line and, moreover, the drain line 52 is provided in the upper layer. The drain line 52 is removed from this side to the ahead side of difference in level and the connection body 53 consisting of conductive material is provided in the removed area. Thus, the remaining stress of the respective lines is reduced and also the interruption of the line is prevented by connecting the separated lines by the connection body 53.</p> |
