COMPOSITION FOR BONDED MAGNET, AND BONDED MAGNET

PURPOSE:To improve magnetic characteristics and flexural strength by permitting the title composition to contain resin binder composed of epoxy resin which is solid at a specific temperature and a specific fluorine containing organic compound and magnetic powder which has anisolotropic magnetic field of a specific value or above. CONSTITUTION:The title bonded magnet comprises a resin binder composed of epoxy resin which is solid at 25 deg.C and a fluorine containing organic compound which contains a fluoroalkyl group in one molecule and contains at least an epoxy group or a hydroxyl group, a composition for bonded magnets containing magnetic powder whose anisotropic magnetic field is 50kOe or above, and a bonded magnet produced by hardening the composition. Since powder flowing characteristics are improved as well as magnetic characteristics and flexural strength, excellent forming operability is obtained and productivity is improved.
