PURPOSE:To provide a radio equipment reducing influence on the antenna of a noise emitted from a mounted substrate in a small space where an antenna and a case are integrated. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 5 consisting of a wire, etc., is provided so as to surround the periphery of a print substrate 3 as an exterior antenna board and to be positioned at the height of the neighborhood of the fitting part of the antenna 4 on the print substrate 3 and connected to the GND part of the print substrate 3 by way of a cable 6. Consequently, a conductor 5 forms an exterior board at the upper part of the side of the antenna 4 of the print substrate so that the influence on the antenna 4 of the noise emitted from the print substrate 3 is reduced.
