PURPOSE:To realize interlocking of the electronic bulletin board system between network systems without remodeling an existing network system by using an interlocking ID for each network system so as to access the electronic bulletin board system and registering and eliminating a message newly registered and eliminated to/from the other network system. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with an electronic bulletin board interlocking means 130 having an electronic bulletin board operation section 1 operating an electronic bulletin board 111 via an interlocking ID of the network system and having a message discrimination section 2 using the electronic bulletin board operation section 1 to access the electronic bulletin board 111 via the interlocking ID thereby discriminating whether or not a message is to be transferred, and when the message decision section 2 decides a message to be a message to be transferred, the message is transferred to the electronic bulletin board 111 and written therein via the interlocking ID of the other network system.
