PURPOSE:To provide an evaluation chip device capable of freely setting the address of a function block from an external part by means of data input. CONSTITUTION:Prior to the emulation of a micro computer, k-bit data which does not exceed (m) of an external data bus 2 are respectively written into registers which an external address bus 3 designates in n-number of m-bit registers a1,..., an. Comparators b1,...bn compare the address value of an internal address bus 1, which the micro computer outputs, with data written into the registers a1,..., an, and the function block corresponding to the comparator which coincides in the comparison among the function blocks c1,..., cn operates in emulation. |
