PURPOSE:To provide a battery activating agent, which ensures that activation of battery and recovery from its deterioration are made easily and certainly. CONSTITUTION:A battery activating agent contains perfluoroalkyl sulfonate (C8), ion exchange water, and sulphuric acid in a proportion by weight as (1-10):(1000):(1-100). When the agent is injected into a battery electrolytic solution, this battery activating agent increases the affinity of the electrolyte, which is in contact tightly with lead sulphate crystals in the electrode to present affinity, and the electrode gets rid of sulphation phenomenon and restitutes to normal state, and the battery is recovered from deterioration. |
