PURPOSE:To reduce a decrease in a battery voltage when a power source is switched to a lithium cell due to power interruption of an AC power source which has not been interrupted for a long period. CONSTITUTION:A one-shot multivibrator 11 and a comparator 12 are respectively connected to an input side and an output side of a rectifying and smoothing circuit 2. A negative AND circuit 13 is connected between the output side and a lithium cell 5. After an AC power source is interrupted, the cell 5 is once discharged by the multivibrator and the AND circuit before the power source is switched. |
