<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of cursor operations of a user and to prevent mis-depression of the cursor by positioning the menu cursor at a menu item selected most frequently in a time zone in which a time to use is included when the menu of an information processor is displayed. CONSTITUTION:When the menu is displayed, the first control means 11 of an information processor control part 1 reads in a time from a timer 8, and checks the menu item selected most frequently in the time zone including the time from a menu managing table 21, and stores it in a menu item pointer 7, and a menu display means 12 displays the menu, and also, positions the menu cursor at the menu item represented by the menu item pointer 7. Also, when the menu item is selected, a second control means 13 reads in the time from the timer 8, and updates the menu item in accordance with the time zone including the time in selection in the menu managing table 21 and the number of times of selection, and a program start-up means 14 starts up the program of a selected menu item.</p> |
