PURPOSE:To easily send a request for cleaning from the front to a clerk in charge in a linen room through switch operation. CONSTITUTION:A key box 1 is constituted by forming the housing openings of housing parts 2 wherein the keys of the respective guest rooms are housed in a metallic surface panel 1a. On one side of the housing opening of each housing part 2, a light illumination type cleaning request operation switch 4 wherein a number plate 3 indicating a guest room number and a display lamp are incorporated in one body is provided. A console panel 16 has individual lamps LA and operation switches 42 for cleaning end confirmation fitted on its surface panel 16a. A central controller 15 turns on the corresponding individual lamp LA on the console panel 16 when the operation switch 4 on the side of the key box 1 is operated. At the same time, the corresponding display lamp L of the key box 1 is also turned ON. When the operation switch 42 is operated on the console panel 16, the corresponding individual lamp LA is turned OFF and the corresponding display lamp L on the side of the key box 1 is turned OFF.
