PURPOSE:To provide the service for registering and providing information with less manual aid by combining the information registration through the facsimile communication using mark sheets and an interactive retrieving system by an audio response and to provide real-time information. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile system 11 converts the code of image data of the registration information by receiving mark sheet documents to be registered in a hard disk 13a. At the inquiry through a telephone line, a voice system 12 converges an object to be retrieved while responding to the interaction through voice, and reads out the relevant register information while retrieving the hard disk 13a based on the convergence information. The voice system 12 informs the information through voice. Not only the registration of the information but also the confirmation, deletion, and update of the register information through facsimile communication is automated, thereby securing the real-time information. |
