PURPOSE:To prepare a high-reliability work schedule plan while maintaining the degree of freedom for respective work processes without requiring any special skillfulness. CONSTITUTION:This automatic scheduling device is equipped with work process and time lag storing means 12 and 15 to previously store the plural kinds of work process information required for planning the work schedule and time lag class information expressing the timing when time lag is generated at in respective work processes, schedule plan preparation information input means 13 to select a time lag class for each kind of work process information and to input a time lag period and a period required for each process, and schedule plan preparation processing means 17 to prepare the work schedule plan by successively calculating the work starting date and work ending date of the work processes while using the time lag period and the period required for each process based on the time lag class selected by the schedule plan preparation information input means 13 for each process. |
