PURPOSE:To judge the possibility of the allocation of a job as preprocessing for determining the allocation of the job to a resource. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a job data base 11 wherein plural jobs having attributes of at least departure time, arrival time, and a departure point and an arrival point are stored and held, a restriction data base 12 wherein restriction conditions regarding connections between the jobs stored in the job data base 11 are stored and held, and a possibility judgement part 13 which takes the jobs out of the job data base 1 in time order and judges whether or not they can be allocated according to the restriction conditions stored in the restriction data base 12; and it is previously judged whether or not the given jobs can be allocated irrespectively to the number of resources according to the restrictions stored in the restriction data base 12. |
