PURPOSE:To eliminate labor and error for preparing merchandise information with an indication board (so-called 'POP') in respect to specified merchandise such as a bargain sale merchandise or the like. CONSTITUTION:A merchandise ledger control means 11 obtains the merchandise information from a merchandise ledger master file 12 and a location master file 22. A display pattern generating means 31 prepares image data in respect to the merchandise information while referring to a display pattern master file 42. An image data switching means 51 receives a display number and image data and displays the merchandise information of the image data from a designated display.
